After a 19-month slide, T2 (formerly 9mobile) is showing early signs of recovery.
Between November 2023 and June 2025, active subscriptions plunged from 13.98 million to 2.44 million, reflecting years of customer loss and market shrinkage. But for the first time in nearly two years, T2 recorded a net gain of 677,200 users, marking a potential turnaround in its long decline.
Whether this bounce signals renewed confidence or a short-term lift remains to be seen, but it breaks a trend that once looked irreversible.
