Founded in 2012, FilmHouse has grown to become Nigeria’s largest cinema chain by number of locations, with 12 outlets across the country as of 2025. Alongside Genesis Cinemas, it has built a network that extends well beyond five sites, whereas all other chains operate in two to five locations. This places FilmHouse at the forefront of the country’s cinema growth in the past decade.
